Underused Housing Tax

Starting this year, all non-resident, non-Canadian owners of residential property in Canada (and some Canadian partners, trustees and corporations) must file an annual return for each residential property in which they had an ownership percentage on December 31st of the calendar year.


Returns are due by April 30th, 2023.
